Events

Your breathwork guide, Helena. Hi.

I facilitate breathwork journeys for groups and individuals.
I work by creating ritualistic spaces and connecting with elements and plants. I work with energies in the space.

I use chants, prayers and music in my guiding.
My intention is to create spaces where participants can work through their journeys feeling supported.

Feedback

“Breathwork was unbelievable experience.

Beforehand I doubted my abilities to breathe accordingly, but this was unnecessary fear. Helena created a space where I was able to let go doubt and I reached a sacred state where I could safely meet difficult feelings, I felt held by my ancestors and by the end I felt strong euphoria.

Thank you Helena for the amazing work and your power of presence. Breathwork really is medicine for anyone.”

The breath in depth

What is breathwork?

In the context of breathwork, connected circular breathing is a technique used to facilitate deep relaxation, emotional release, and self-exploration.

Breathwork can be seen as a healing modality, it provides numerous physical body benefits as well it can be powerful inner experience.

One session lasts 1,5 – 2 hours or more, depending on what do you need at that very moment.

Connected circular breathing

The process:
Connected circular breathing involves breathing in a continuous and rhythmic pattern without any pauses or breaks between inhalation and exhalation, inhale and exhale throughout the mouth.

Facilitation:
Connected circular breathing is often facilitated in breathwork sessions by trained practitioners or guides. These facilitators create a safe and supportive environment, offering guidance and encouragement throughout the process. They may incorporate elements such as music, sound healing, or bodywork to enhance the breathwork experience.

Individual Experience:
Each person’s experience with connected circular breathing in breathwork can be unique. Sensations, emotions, and insights that arise may vary from session to session. It is important to approach breathwork with an open mind and without specific expectations, allowing whatever arises to be acknowledged and experienced without judgment.

Benefits:
Connected circular breathing can have profound effects on the mind, body, and spirit. It can help release physical tension, clear stuck energy, and activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. The technique may also facilitate emotional release, allowing for the processing and integration of suppressed emotions or trauma.  Additionally, connected circular breathing can induce altered states of consciousness, offering opportunities for spiritual exploration and expanded awareness.

Integration:
After a connected circular breathing session, it is essential to allow time for integration. This involves grounding and centering oneself, reflecting on the experience, and taking steps to support ongoing integration of any insights or shifts that may have occurred during the breathwork session. Engaging in practices such as journaling, meditation, or gentle movement can be helpful during this post-session integration phase.

Nature gives us all we need. And we get to meet Her.
