Forest People is a seed planted to help our great
Mother Earth.
The intention is to support communities in solving questions regarding sustainable living on grassroot level. Raise awareness about water and food supply systems and find experience on natural building in our northern climate.
Forest Peoples intention is to weave knowledge, solutions and togetherness into communities.

HELENA
Hi, I am Helena. I was born in the Soviet Union, Estonia 1987, but grew up and finished studies in Finland.
I graduated with a degree in Cinematography, instead of the film industry I built my career as a solo freelance entrepreneur in the field of marketing and branding.
I have worked for clients in the field of software development, telecommunications, green energy innovations, agroecological symbiosis (AES), waste transportation and second hand fashion.
My personal values are strongly present in everything I focus on.
I am an advocate in humanity and conservation, passionate about sustainable development, ethical renewable energy, children’s mental health, trauma awareness and educational systems.
I am is also a breathwork guide. Teaching the secrets of the breath. Offering relaxation, deep meditations and breathwork journeys. I view breathwork as a tool for supporting health in society.
LOIGU – and four generations
Loigu is familyland deep in the forest, southern of Estonia. There is much forest, beautiful coast, wild animals and a beautiful river flowing through our land.
I spend here time as much as I can as I am learning from my grandfather. We are two observers from different generations. My grandpa is on board with me on this adventure to grow this seed into something for
the greater good.
And doing that by hand in hand with nature.
We get everything we need from Nature,
in return we get to meet Her.
And she’s so freaking AWESOME.
